Dentrix Refresh Issues

To fix Dentrix G2 and above workstation refresh issues try:

  1. Shutdown all workstations and Dentrix server apps.
  2. Backup Dentrix folder
  3. Backup Data folder. (C:\Dentrix\ep.exe will show database path)
  4. Run _abconv.exe
  5. OK on backup warning
  6. Click "Convert to Appointment Book" and OK
  7. Run _maint.exe
  8. Run -> Reset Network Station IDs
  9. Turn on each workstation, open Dentrix and open Appointment Book.
